Now these are really pretty. They are made with gunmetal colored metal with black and clear & pale blue crystals on each of the 3 circles that make up the earring. They are post. The circles are 5/8", 3.4" and 1 1/8". The piece hangs down 2". They are really sparkly in person. No crystals missing. In great condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
