Here is a cutie pie, she was made in Japan in the 20s and her back is marked made in Japan. She has little rosebud lips and that wavy flapper bob with a bow. She is bisque.She has 2 arms that are tied together with string. She can stand up. She is 6.25" tall and her feet are 1.25 x 1". She has a very tiny hairline crack on each side of her neck but she is very stable and the crack is so small I am pretty sure it doesn't go all the way through. These happen and can stay that way for years and years. I did take some off the price for it of course.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
