Lovely Victorian lady in her beach ware and bathing cap. Highly collectible. She is 8.5" tall and her whisk is two toned in a camel color and dark pink. These whisks were used to clean the bottom of their dresses as they dragged in the dirt during Victorian times. The ribbon around her waist is very fragile and starting to come apart. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
