This is a 5" whisk from the Victorian Era when women had to brush the dirt etc. from their big dresses. On top is a porcelain young lady. She is 5" tall wearing a taffeta and lace dress. The lace has not aged well and some of it is coming apart. She has a yellow hat, and the ceramic bib of her dress is pale blue. The broom is in really good condition, none of the fibers are coming out.
