This is a doll by JM Dolls, made in 1992. Her head, hands and feet are porcelain, her body is stuffed muslin with wire in her limbs to be able to move them. She is 15" tall and comes with a stand. She has 2 braids with maroon ribbons and is wearing bloomers, a blue dress with a see through fabric overlay. When I took her hat off to check her out, it ripped, the very thin fabric has not aged well. Other than that she is in great condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
