This poor girls outfit doesn't do the rest of her justice. She is all porcelain, wearing a homemade muslin sheath that is clearly beneath her. She is heavy and 5" tall. She can stand up by herself but her feet are not perfectly flat and her hands are rolled into fists. She has a bit of the back of her head that did not get glazed and on her back you can see where she was laid down in the kiln. Other than that she is perfect.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
