This lovely and rare jar is a early 1900 Rapid Fire Egg Beater with the original paper label which is close to being worn off. I intended to thoroughly clean it but am unable to remove the top after trying everything. Back then, when meals were made from scratch, women needed an easy way to beat eggs for custards, merengues, and other things and this gem did the trick. Looks like there is a little rust on the inside but can easily be remedied with some baking soda and water- if you can get that darn lid off! It is 8" tall and 3.5" in diameter. FREE shipping in US

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
