Ike Wool Army Jacket 1969

$150.00

Here is what is called an IKE jacket since President Eisenhower always wore this type of jacket when he headed the military. The manufacturing tags have been removed so I will give detailed measurements to help you determine fit. Trying it on myself, I believe it to be a mens large. It has a black ink stamp on the inside that says "N7542 B-1969". They say these were worn in WWII and Korea so this must be from time in Korea. It has a patch that is an American Native inside a star inside a shield which means US Army 2nd Infantry Division, an IX patch for the 9th Corps which was only used during WWII and Korea, and it has a wreath patch that is for the US Army Meritorious Unit. Length from middle neck to bottom is 23.5". Sleeves from shoulder seam to wrist is 24.5". Bottom is 40" long with a 2" tab attached that has snaps. Armpit to armpit is 18". It is made of brown wool with a green satin lining. It has an inside pocket. It is in very good vintage condition. There is no unsewn seams, no loose threads, no buttons missing. It is heavy weighing 2.3 lbs. FREE shipping in USA

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.

I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

How much is a custom mermaid?

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

No.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do!
