This is an old set of Canisters made circa 1935. I saw another set like them that the seller has them being from the 50s. These have the "Made in Japan" stamp used from 1921 to 1940. During the war, they stamped "Made in occupied Japan" and after the war, used maker marks. Prior to 1921, they used their production stamp. These have cork stoppers on the bottom. I will go over sizes and conditions for each one. 1. Large canister: This one is 5 5/8" square and 4 5/8 tall. The inside is crazed and stained a mottled brown. The outside is mottled brown on the yellow about half way up. These are octagon shaped and have a raised dot pattern on the short edges and the green dots (or shamrocks) on the long sides. There are no chips or cracks.2. This one is 4.75" square and 3.75" tall. It has been stained the mottled brown (actually a tan color) almost to the very top. The glaze is crazed inside. There are no chips or cracks. 3. 4.75 x 4 5/8" and 3" tall. It is completely stained dark, inside and out. It has crazing on the inside but no cracks or chips. The top of the canister is rounded a little, not flat like the other three. If you decide you do not want this one becuase it is slightly different, let me know. However, the price remains the same. 4. 3.75" square & 2 5/8" tall. It is also darkened throughout, crazing on inside but no cracks or chips. Free shipping in US!

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
