This is a nail file from the 20s or 30s. Unfortunately it is not Bakelite but Celluloid plastic. It is an ivory color. The handle is 4" and the file is 3". The steel file has piece of metal on each side where it attaches and I am not sure if it is a soldered repair or made that way. It is a little bit crudely made if so. The file is not worn, still has some life in it for use.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
