This postcard is of the Halfway House on Pikes Peak. The cabin was built in 1884 by the Palsgrove Family who provided refreshments to hikers on the trail. It was expanded into a 22 room hotel which the family operated until 1903. It is 5.5 x 3.5 and unused.It is kept in a sleeve and is in excellent condition. Frank Thayer was the publisher.
