I had to take this one apart out of the frame, what I first thought was a print, turned out to be an original. Floyd (1895-1984) was a New Yorker who moved to San Francisco in the 1920s. He was very skilled and well known in the area. This is a framed piece, total size 15 x 12.5". The watercolor is matted and the actual painting is 10 x 7.25". The mat has yellowed and the painting is in excellent condition. It features the harbor of the wharf, with boats and seagulls with the beautiful boat reflections in the water.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
