Beautiful piece of old chalkware. Virgin Mary statue is 14" tall. She is wearing an ivory and gold dress with a blue robe. There are cherubs down by her feet. Has lots of places where the paint has worn off revealing the white chalk wear. She has some areas where it has chipped, as chalkware easily does, especially when it is 80 years old like this piece. Her nose has chipped off. There is some other areas that chipped as well, one of the cherubs legs, a piece of the robe, a chip in her hand. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
