So this picture cannot be described as well as it looks and pics do not do it justice. It is SOOO beautiful. It is 20"x 17 x 1". It has a beautiful wood frame with scroll embellishments in the corners and a wire hanger across the back. It features an British nurse standing at the ocean. It has gorgeous color in aquas & blues. There is one corner in which it looks like some air got into the glass but it really isn't noticable. This was done sometime between 1850 and 1880. what a gift it would make to a nurse! When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
