I cannot find this clear Japanese bottle anywherer!! So I don't have much to tell you about it other than it is clear with white graphics and writing and nothing is in English. The bottom has a GD and a 22 in raised glass. It is 9 1/8" tall and the bottom is 2 3/8" in diameter. If you know anything about this, I would appreciate the input. It was really dirty when I got it but I have cleaned it up and sterilized it for you!

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
