This is an interesting photo. I have found the photo of the dress but her hands are always to the side not over her head. I have no clue where this photo came from. It is on photo paper but the paper has no watermarks to show if it is archival or not nor is there anything on the front to show where it came from. It has a white .25" border around the edge and is an 8 x 10 in great condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
