Made by Philtan in Belgium.It has a background of navy blue with a large flower on it and with vines, The tag is inside, it is yellow ion the tag. The inside is blue fabric. It has a draw string on it. It is missing 2 strings of fringe but you can't really tell. The purse is 6.5" x 6.25, not counting the to. The fringes is 3" long.The handle is about 8" long. I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
