Here is a really adorable hair receiver in porcelain from around the 20s. It is footed and painted in beiges and orange with a lime green spout and gold enamel decoration. Has Japanese women on it with their hair wrapped. Has Japanese writing on the bottom. Is in great shape except for a hairline crack on the inside of the very top that doesn't show on the outside. It is 3.25" tall and is 4" in diameter.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
