This is a 1985 Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch of the West doll put out by Multi Toys Corp. In 1996, with the coming out of Wicked, she was given a name, Elphaba. The original Wicked Witch was played by Margaret Hamilton.
She is 11" tall (not counting her hat) and is made of vinyl. She has dark brown hair and is green with a black dress. The inside of her had is sparkly. She is in great condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
